1. You submit an order request via phone, or e-mail sales'@'3dcap.com (Subject
Line: Order Request)
2. Our design team experts contact
you via phone or e-mail.
(You would like a custom sample cap, but
not ready to commit to an order?)
We confirm bill
to information, ship to information and confirm a valid form
of payment.
3. We design your hat, then send you an Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) file
for your review and
approval.
4. We produce the sample.
5. You review the sample.
6. You approve the sample and confirm a quantity amount.
7. You pay 50% down
(You may pay by company check, VISA, or Mastercard).
8. We produce
your caps and inspect the final order.
(If you decide to cancel the order, client
is responsible
for sample fees of $125.00.)
9. You pay remaining 50%.
10. Your caps are shipped to your organization
within eight business weeks.
