Order Custom 3D Embroidered Sample with Your Company Logo

Our sample policy is designed to give our customers and prospective customers a chance to review product before they commit to an order. To receive a custom sample from 3Dcap with your company logo, simply click the " Request Sample" button below. Fill out a short form with your customized information and you will be able to order a product sample. You will be charged a design fee of $75.00. This will include a virtual PDF image of your proposed design and the ability to make one set of revisions. At that time, if you would like an actual sample produced, it is completed at the fee of $50.00. The order form will require the party to submit the necessary artwork and measurements to complete the sample.  This will be completed when we receive the necessary Visa or Mastercard payment.  Free setup is included on orders of 360 or more.

Your samples will be shipped via UPS and should arrive within 20 business days.
